encouraging the un-sick to come to work. it worked for the 6 months i ran it last year. crossing my fingers it works again this year - for all 12 months. we'll see!!
dedicated to the 2 hours of overtime i worked today, and the 150 hours of overtime i worked in 2009. my paycheck loves you but my dog does not!!

ReplyDeletethe premise is basically positive peer pressure to stop using unnecessary sick leave. the hope is once we start talking about it openly and actually put up a chart with sick leave tabulations (we're doing a shift challenge - the 3 shifts against each other to see who can use the least), then the problem that everyone knows about but never talks about (calling in sick when you're not actually sick) will start to lessen. basically.
